Terms
Terms of Use
The rules for using this website, and what Level Up is and isn’t offering through it.
Last updated: 14 September 2026
These terms were drafted to describe how this website actually works. They have not been reviewed by an attorney. Have a lawyer review them before relying on them — and add a governing-law clause naming the state where Level Up Program LLC is organized, which has deliberately been left out rather than guessed at.
Using this site
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not, please don’t use the site.
Who owns what is here
The Level Up name, the Level Up logo, the curriculum, the student workbook, the facilitator guide, all exercises and activities, the program structure, the written content on this site and the artwork and page designs are the intellectual property of Level Up Program LLC, unless stated otherwise.
What you may not do with it
- Copy, reproduce, adapt, translate or redistribute Level Up curriculum, workbook or facilitator materials, in whole or in part, without written permission.
- Use Level Up materials to build, deliver or sell a competing program.
- Use the Level Up name or logo in a way that suggests a partnership, endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
- Scrape, republish or mirror this website’s content.
Buying a copy of the workbook or facilitator guide gives you the right to use that copy. It does not transfer ownership of the curriculum or give you the right to reproduce it.
You are welcome to link to this site, quote short passages with attribution, and share the pages with colleagues.
Information on this site is general
Everything here is general information about the Level Up program. It is not advice for a specific young person, a specific class or a specific situation, and it should not be relied on as such.
What Level Up does not provide
Level Up is an educational life skills program. It is not therapy, counselling, medical or psychiatric treatment, legal advice, diagnosis, case management or crisis intervention, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular outcome for any young person or organization, including academic, behavioural, disciplinary, legal or mental-health outcomes.
If a young person needs urgent help, contact your local emergency service or an appropriate crisis service.
Links to other sites
This site links to the Level Up store, which is hosted separately and has its own terms, and it may link to other external sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their products or their practices.
Availability
We try to keep this site up and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or current. We may change or remove content at any time.
Limits
This website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Level Up Program LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website or from reliance on information published on it. This does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to services Level Up delivers under a separate written agreement, which are governed by that agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top.
