For schools & organizations

The page for whoever has to sign off on it.

If you are weighing up whether Level Up belongs in your school, campus, program or ministry, this page is written for you: what it is, how it runs, what your organization takes on, and what happens after you make contact.

The short version

What you would be bringing in

A structured program
10+ weekly sessions

Facilitator-led, with a consistent group of young people ages 11 to 19 — not a one-off assembly or a guest speaker slot.

Delivery in your setting
We come to you

Run where your young people already are: a classroom, an ISS room, a DAEP campus, a probation program, a fellowship hall, a community centre.

Materials for every student
One workbook each

Each participant works from their own Level Up student workbook. A facilitator guide is available for organizations delivering the program with their own staff.

A defined curriculum
Eight core skills

Each one taught, practised and revisited, so you know what is being covered before anyone walks into the room. See the full breakdown.

You tell us about your setting

Use the request form. Your setting, roughly how many young people, and the timeframe you are working to is enough to start.

02

We reply by email

A real answer about fit, what delivery would look like in your setting, and what it would cost — in writing, so you can forward it to whoever else needs to see it.

03

We agree the details

Group size, schedule, materials and dates, confirmed before anything is booked.

Questions

Straight answers

What age group does Level Up serve?

Level Up is designed for young people ages 11 to 19.

How long is the program?

Level Up runs as a facilitator-led program of 10 or more weekly sessions with a consistent group.

Where can Level Up be delivered?

In schools, ISS programs, DAEP and alternative education campuses, juvenile probation and juvenile justice programs, churches, community organizations and youth programs. The program is delivered in your setting.

Is Level Up only for students in disciplinary programs?

No. Level Up runs in ISS, DAEP and juvenile justice settings, and it runs in mainstream schools, churches and community youth programs. The material is written for any group of young people in the age range, not for a category of student.

What actually happens in a session?

Sessions run as interactive workshops built from open discussion, role plays, activities, team projects and real life scenarios, with each student working from their own Level Up workbook.

Do students get a workbook?

Yes. Every student works from the Level Up student workbook. It is also available to buy on its own if your organization wants to look at it first.

Can our own staff deliver Level Up?

There is a Level Up Facilitator Guide written for instructors, mentors and youth leaders who are running the program themselves, with lesson outlines, objectives, discussion prompts, activities and reflection questions.

Does Level Up work with churches and faith-based organizations?

Yes. Churches and community organizations are among the settings Level Up is designed for.

Does Level Up work with juvenile justice and probation departments?

Yes. Juvenile probation departments and juvenile justice programs are among the settings Level Up is designed for.

Does Level Up provide counselling or therapy?

No. Level Up is an educational life skills program. It is not therapy, counselling, medical or psychiatric treatment, legal advice or crisis intervention, and it does not replace any of those services.

What does it cost?

Program pricing depends on the setting, the group size and the length of the engagement, so it is agreed per organization rather than published as a list price. Send an inquiry and you will get figures back in writing. The student workbook and facilitator guide are sold individually in the Level Up store.

How do we request information?

Use the request form on this site, or email [email protected]. Tell us your setting, roughly how many young people are involved and the timeframe you are working to.

If your question is not here, ask it directly — [email protected]. We would rather tell you Level Up is not a fit than sell you a program that is not.

How we handle student privacy

Level Up works with young people, much of it in settings where confidentiality is not optional. That shapes what goes on this website.

  • No student names are published anywhere on this site.
  • No photographs of program participants are used as proof of impact.
  • Student feedback is collected anonymously and published as written, with any identifying details removed.
  • Our inquiry form does not ask for — and must not be used to send — student names, records, case information or any other confidential information about a young person.
