Privacy Policy

Level Up works with young people. This policy describes, plainly and accurately, what this website does and does not collect.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

This policy describes how this website handles information. It was written to match what the site actually does. It has not been reviewed by an attorney, and it should be before you rely on it — particularly given the settings Level Up works in.

Who this is about

This website is operated by Level Up Program LLC (“Level Up”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us about anything on this page at [email protected].

What we collect when you contact us

The only information this website asks you for is what you type into the program inquiry form. That is:

  • Your name, and optionally your role or job title
  • Your organization
  • Your work email address, and optionally a phone number
  • Your type of organization, and optionally your city and state
  • What you are interested in, roughly how many young people are involved, and your preferred timeframe
  • Your message

We ask for this so we can answer your inquiry properly. We do not use it for anything else, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

When you submit the form it is checked by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and handed to our Google Workspace account, which delivers it to Level Up as an email. Neither step keeps a copy, and this website does not keep a database of submissions. The email itself is kept in our Google Workspace inbox, like any other email sent to us.

Information about young people

This site is not designed to collect information from or about young people, and we ask you not to send it. The inquiry form does not ask for student names, student identification numbers, disciplinary records, juvenile justice or case information, medical or mental-health information, birth dates, or any other confidential or protected record about a young person.

If information like that reaches us through the form anyway, we delete it from our records and reply asking that it be sent through an appropriate channel instead.

Student feedback published on this site is collected anonymously in person, not through this website. It is checked for identifying details, and no participant names, initials, signatures, campus identifiers or photographs are published.

Information collected automatically

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking pixels.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs for every request — IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time. These are used to keep the site running and to defend against abuse, and are held and deleted according to the provider’s own retention practices.

Other services this site relies on

This site relies on a small number of other companies. Loading a page makes requests to Cloudflare, Google Fonts and Squarespace, and each of them can see your IP address as a result. Google Workspace is involved only when you send the inquiry form. They are:

  • Cloudflare — hosts this website and receives inquiry form submissions.
  • Google Workspace — our email provider. It turns inquiry form submissions into an email to us, and holds the emails we receive.
  • Google Fonts — serves the two typefaces used on this site.
  • Squarespace — serves some of the photographs and workbook images shown here, and hosts the separate Level Up store.

The Level Up store is a separate website with its own privacy practices, its own cookies and its own checkout process. Nothing on this page applies to it. You only reach it if you choose to click through.

How long we keep things

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a reasonable record of who we have worked with, then deleted. If you would rather we deleted yours sooner, ask.

Your choices

Email [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. You do not need to give a reason.

A note on legal compliance

We have written this policy to be accurate rather than impressive. We are not claiming certification or formal compliance with any particular privacy law, and you should not read anything here as such a claim. If your organization needs specific contractual or statutory assurances — for a district agreement, a data-sharing agreement or a grant condition — contact us and we will address it directly.

Changes

If this site changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
